Q: What is it?

A: It's a coaster. The pictures are handmade, which is Chinese traditional Cloisonné enamel. It can be used at home, in the kitchen, in the coffee shop, in the office, or even as a gift.

 

Q: How long can deliver goods?

A: 3-7 Days. Due to the product is purely handmade, it needs time to make and dry.Please allow extra time for us to process orders during public holidays and peak hours. Extra time may be required for processing/delivery during peak seasons or before major holidays such as Valentine's Day.

 

Q: How long is the Shipment?

A: 7-14 Days. If there are special circumstances, such as the epidemic, weather, festivals and other irresistible factors will lead to the extension of time.

 

Q: How do I check the order status?

A: Open “your order”, enter the order number and click "Track Order". In some cases, tracking data may not appear until 1-2 business days after the order is sent.

 

Q: Why does the color fade when first used or wiped?

A: It's normal. Because when wood is processed it will create wood chips, and wood chips have colors. To make it last longer we also wipe wood wax. 

 

Q: Why order a unified product, received are not the same as pictures?

A: It's normal. Handmade products, so the products can't be exactly the same,but each one is poured into the painstaking efforts of the craftsmen. Wood grain and colors are different from each piece, Because each tree grows in a different environment, the color and grain will be different.  

 

Q: How do we clean it or what do we need to attention when using it？

A:  Because it is a wooden handmade product, use a rag to wipe gently when cleaning, do not use water or detergent to clean, avoid touching a lot of water for a long time, which will lead to wood decay or cracking. Avoid fire, avoid long-term direct sunlight, avoid damp places, avoid sharp things damage product appearance. More details can be found in the "NEWS--Using attention" .

 

Q:How to buy it as a gift for family or friends?

A: Purchase as usual, but please fill in the delivery address and contact information. If you need to write a greeting card, please send the order information and greeting card content to hellogglee@gmail.com, we will provide card for you free .

 

Q: How to customize？

A: The minimum order quantity of customized products is 100pcs. The picture, back logo carving and style requirements can be made according to your needs. Patterns we can help you design free of charge, need to customize please contact: hellogglee@gmail.com.

 

Q: Do you ship anywhere in the world?

A: Yes, we will ship goods to every corner of the world! But with the exception of Canada and Mexico, wood products are not allowed to be imported due to the country's import rules.

 

Q: Which countries support free shipping for orders $100+  (excluding discount products)?

Q: About return

A: Custom and discount products do not support return. Unused and undamaged goods can be returned. For return, please contact: hellogglee@gmail.com.

 

Q: Will it be delivered directly to my mailing address or will it be sent to the post office and I have to pick it up in person?

A: Your GGLEE products will go right to your home. In rare cases, home delivery will not be available in individual cities/regions/countries.
