1. Which products do/do not support return or exchange?


Support the return of unopened products; Not damaged products, special or discount products and customized products do not support return.


 
2. How long is the effective time of return and exchange?

3. Under what circumstances can I apply for a refund or exchange?


GGLEE failed to deliver the correct goods according to the order; The product is damaged before opening and using.


 4. Which cases shall the buyer bear the freight?


GGLEE products have no quality problems; Orders are not shipped in error; Buyers simply don't like the style. Return shipping charges are borne by the buyer.
 

 5.Can I receive the full amount of the order if I need to return it?

Shipping and tax are non-refundable, and any discount codes with minimum spending conditions may no longer apply after the product is removed from the order. In addition, discounts applicable to the second or more items will no longer apply when part of the order is returned. The amount returned will be refunded according to the method of payment. It may take a while for the trading platform to process your refund.

 

 6.How to initiate a return or exchange request?

 

If you wish to return your product if the conditions for return are met, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product (from the delivery date on the tracking record) to request a return hellogglee@gmail.com with a reason and a picture attached. We only accept one-time returns. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
