Clear texture, uniform wood texture, soft tone, fine and straight wood grain, less mottled tissue structure; it is strong, impact-resistant, easy to bend under steam, can be made into shapes, and has good nail-holding performance, but it is easy to crack and is mainly used Used in furniture, shipbuilding, construction, bridges, etc.
胡桃木Walnut
Main growth in North America, Northern Europe. Walnut is creamy white and the heartwood is light brown to dark brown chocolate color with occasional purple and darker streaks.Walnut don’t have special smell, straight texture, fine to slightly coarse structure, uniform.Mainly used for furniture, cabinets, building interior decoration, flooring, etc.
乌檀木Ebony
Ebony, mainly distributed in Africa (Congo). Oval to nearly round, with round membranous wings on the sides, heartwood reddish brown to ebony, often with dark brown and ebony stripes. The growth rings are fine and not obvious. Good gloss. The wood structure is fine and slightly uniform; the strength is high; corrosion resistance and drying should be slow.
The wood has high strength, durability, and termite resistance, and is suitable for making floors, kitchen supplies, wall panels; furniture, doors and windows, etc. and has certain medicinal value.
